Learned in Yeshivas Toras Chaim in Lakewood N.J. led by R’ Mendel Slomowitz, then in a Brisker Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel.

After getting married he continued to learn in BMG for 7 years where he received a Semicha from the Rosh Yeshiva R’ Malkiel Kotler.

Originally, he moved to LA for a community Kollel, led by R Millman. Currently the 9 th grade Rebbe in Pico Mesivta, and resides in Valley Village with his wife and 3 children, where he is a community Rav

Rabbi Shoff, originally from Los Angeles, received his semicha from Rav Noach Weinberg and Rav Zalman Nechemiah Goldberg. Rabbi Shoff served as  shoel umashiv in the Mir Yeshiva in Yerushalayim under Rav NIssim Kaplan Shlita as well as a Rebbi at Rav Shmuel Brazil's Zeev HaTorah Yeshiva. He has authored 10 sefarim and currently also serves as the Rabbi of Beis Knesses of Los Angeles.
